Estarás situado numa área fresca, perto de ligações de transportes - a estação de metro de Câmara de Matosinhos fica a poucos minutos de distância - e não muito longe da ESAD Escola Superior de Artes e Design, CMIA, CEIIA. A propriedade tem três quartos, duas casas de banho - uma de uso privado -, uma boa sala de estar, e uma cozinha que apresenta todos os utensílios básicos para preparares todas as tuas refeições diárias com facilidade.
