A casa está localizada em São Mamede Infesta, em uma área com excelentes acessos e proximidade ao Polo Universitário de São João FEP, FMUP, FADEUP, FEUP, ISEP, ESEP, Porto Business School e outros. Também tem proximidade a transportes e acesso rápido ao centro do Porto e ao centro de Matosinhos. A casa está totalmente mobiliada e tem dois banheiros.

Location is peaceful and reasonable - by bus to the city centre is ~20min., to the beach ~25min. and to FEUP/FEP/... is like ~25 minutes by walk.
