Also, the room it's a little bit more little than the others, so I think the person in this room should pay a bit less, because even the toilet it's more littlet than the others, also the room has less furniture. The common areas are big and comfortable but always cold and dark because they are in the cave. The location is perfect because you are in the middle of the city center, near few bus stops, supermarkets, metro and Rua Cedofeita and Retoria. The only thing is in summer, when on weekends, if you don't go out you will have to suffer other people's parties screaming in the street because of being in the city center. Last days it was a nightmare to sleep there. Everything that is listed you have it. I think, comparing with other flats that I have visit in Porto due to having friends living there, this one is reeeeeeeally nice and difficult to find, normally they don't even have heater and, trust me, you can't live Porto winter without it. But I think, the house is overrated. 60€ of electricity is a robbery and the house is all made of wood, so it's noisy. Also, there is no door in the kitchen/living room so if someone is having dinner with TV on or some friends, you can hear it and you won't be able to sleep. I recomend it but you have to go there knowing that they you are paying waaaay more than the house deserves just to have normal things like washing machine and heater (but this is more about the life style in there than the fault of the landlord). So, yes, the house is amazing but don't idealize it because it's beautiful (which it is, also comfortable), then you will be there seeing all the flaws and trying to make the prize fair and the landlord won't even show you the bills.

搬出时间 五月 2017 · 20 到 29 岁 · 研究生I can confirm that the reviews which have so far been left behind raise good arguments (be sure to read them) and are based on the truth. As such, I have nothing new to add on the subjects of the apartment's good looks, the relatively high pricing, or the ideal location in the heart of Porto. All these factors and the wine bar on the corner of the street are worth considering in my opinion. Ask me, and I would say that the landlord offers a standard which is higher than that of the average room found in Porto. This is reflected in his dedicated attitude towards matters such as the apartment building's maintenance, and in making sure that you have everything you need in terms of equipment within the common room. Where improvements can be made, the landlord isn't shy to take responsibility and listen to your comments. To this extent, your needs as a tenant and the 'home' in which you'll live are both well taken care of and looked after. A 'luxury' which doesn't always come as naturally as it should when renting a room, and may justify the price of the rent depending on what you value most in the new home you're looking for.

搬出时间 十一月 2016 · 30 到 39 岁 · 研究生The house is nicely renovated and clean, its good that every room has its own bathroom. The Common area is fine, although located in the cave,so kind of dark. There is no furniture in the garden, which is a pity. You should calculate 60€ per month for electricity, which is too expensive in my eyes. My room was ground floor street side which makes it a bit uncomfortable compared to the other rooms.
