Here you will live in an area well served by transport to the center but the neighborhood itself has a charm of its own. Most universities are here, which means that there are lots of student sites, shopping areas as well as cafes, restaurants and more! This apartment has 12 rooms that have all the comforts you need, as well as private bathrooms for each! There is also a shared bathroom, a large kitchen and a living room. From the stylish and colorful decoration to the great ambience, everything in this apartment will enchant you and you will be making new friends all the time! Check-in is carried out, by appointment, between 08:00 and 22:00.

The place is nice, the description is accurate and the landlord will solve your problems. But don't expect to have fun on the house, it's not a republic environment. Because it's more expensive and has private bathrooms, people who go there tend to be older. It's an excellent house for studying.
