The apartment is located in the center of Prague on the 4th floor of a historic building without an elevator. It's near the airport night bus stop, a tram stop, and a subway station. The apartment offers a comfortable and modern living experience, consisting of 1 separate bedroom for privacy and 1 loft-style bedroom, ideal for additional guests or as a versatile space for work or relaxation. The loft-style room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the warmer months. All rooms have been tastefully renovated with a blend of contemporary design and practical features. The apartment is equipped with a 45” Smart TV, perfect for entertainment after a day of exploring the city. High-speed WiFi is available throughout, making it easy to stay connected. The apartment also features ventilators to keep the space airy and comfortable, a separate toilet, and a modern bathroom with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. For your added comfort and convenience, the apartment includes a range of essential amenities. There's a hair dryer to ensure you're always looking your best, as well as a fan to keep the rooms cool. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking meals at home and includes a refrigerator, microwave, and cooking basics such as pots, pans, bowls, plates, and cups. The kitchen also features a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a stove for preparing meals, a kettle for your morning tea, and a toaster to round out your breakfast needs. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of EUR 60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of EUR 60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires EUR 2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors.
