Within November 5th another instalment of 25 percent is due Within February 5th another instalment of 25 percent is due Within May 5th the final instalment of 25 percent is due For rental periods shorter than 10 months: At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450 euros + 50 percent of the remaining amount Within November 5th another instalment of 50 percent is due Please check the "Landlord Policies" section to understand the payments. Located on the third floor, very bright and spacious. It offers double exposure and a wide view. It comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen with a balcony, a large bathroom with a shower over the tub, and a smaller bathroom with a shower stall. There are four single suites with double beds and two rooms with single beds. The apartment has been renovated to meet student needs. It features Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils. The area is residential and highly commercial; the context is rich in both services and businesses and is highly valued by students. The area is well-served by public transportation. It is just steps from Roma Tre University. It is important to check travel times from the apartment to your university campus using Google Maps, whether using public transportation or alternative modes such as bicycles and/or scooters. It is important to keep in mind that in a large city like Rome, travel times can often be significant, and it is a good idea to compare these times with your daily class attendance.

How Public Transportation works in Rome?
