总共有5间房间If you are looking for an adventure, this apartment in the XV district of Victory is your answer. Very close to Metro Line A Lepanto and Ottaviano. What you have at your disposal is more than an opening for something new, it is the gateway. Although small, this charming apartment is the ideal combination of comfort and location as the property is located in a quieter area of the city, but very well connected to all the others and you will also benefit from numerous shops and restaurants, a big plus . This is your chance to conquer your ambitions, this is your new accommodation in Rome! Your new home comprises a total of five bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a toilet and a kitchen. This is your chance, do it! Landlord Policies After your booking is confirmed, this landlord will send you an e-mail called MEMO DOCUMENTS requesting a copy of your ID and Codice Fiscale, and a printed and digital copy of some other documents. Please provide these documents as soon as possible. One, two weeks before check-in the landlord will send you a second e-mail called MEMO FIRST PAYMENT where all the costs of the First Payment will be indicated. The tenant is required to do the payments by MONEY TRANSFER EXECUTED with NET ACCREDIT of the sums no bank costs for the Beneficiary before check-in Payment method: bank transaction rent and all the costs must be accredited by NET Other costs: Monthly rent shown is for single occupancy. For double occupancy, price increases by 200. The deposit corresponds to 2 months' rent. Admin fee: 300 to be paid at check-in, Contract registration fee: 1 percent of the total contract value 64 stamp, Cessione di Fabbricato transfer of property: 35 to be paid at check-in, Bed linen and towels optional: 50 one-off, payable 3months by 3months, Utility bills payable to the landlord at the beginning of each month: 200 per month for single occupancy 300 per month for double occupancy where permitted Please note that if the bills amount exceeds the cap 200 single / 300 double, the tenant is required to pay for the remaining consumptions difference. The amount covers the following bills: Electricity, Gas, Water, Wi-Fi Building fees Condominio TARI Waste management bill TV fee Occasional guests: 25 per night 15 utility bills Check-in policies: Check-in hours: 9AM to 5,30PM from Monday to Friday Check-out hours: 9AM to 5,30PM from Monday to Friday Late check-in/out: After hours, weekend, or bank holiday check-ins: 30 extra fee Required documentation: ID / Passport Codice Fiscale Italian tax code Work contract University acceptance letter if applicable Recent paychecks / Bank statement Residence permit for non-EU tenants Visa Permit for non-EU tenants Pets: allowed with restrictions 15 per day.
