Very close to the subway, several lines, and several bus lines, a shopping area and an area of bars and restaurants. In the building there is a concierge and 2 elevators. The apartment is fully equipped, there is an iron, washing machine, dryer, and if anything is missing we can consider providing it. The single room is an open space that can be found up the stairs. Separate expenses are paid: electricity, water, gas, internet, 150€ per month.
