The apartment consists of a large and bright entrance where there is a beautiful relaxation area with sofa and armchairs the house has a bright study/work area with air conditioning the spacious kitchen of about 20 square meters has air conditioning and double appliances two ovens, two fridges, two freezers, two dishwashers, two sinks and a large table. Each room has air conditioning and heating, a desk, a wardrobe, a bed and a 140 cm mattress. The apartment has 3 large bathrooms with shower cubicles and a laundry area with two washing machines and two dryers. This landlord provides a registered lease. It is possible to cancel the contract early by giving at least 60 days' notice. Tenants are required to provide a guarantor's document, such as the parent's or tenant's employment contract, the last paycheck or a cover letter.
