Please note: Extra costs are 90 EUR/month/room and include bills, internet, common costs and cleaning. Multiple enquiries may be handled at the same time and, if the room is unavailable, another option may be offered. At check-in, the rental contract is signed and the deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is collected. All utility payments, cleaning, maintenance and repairs are managed by the landlord. Accommodation is rented only to students and contracts are available only for fixed rental periods (February–July, August–January or August–July). Before departure, a check-out date is agreed, the keys are returned and the deposit is refunded after inspection. This 7 m² room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, two sets of sheets and two towels. The flat has three bedrooms in total and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stoves, microwave, washing machine, dining table, chairs, cutlery, dinner set, glasses and mugs. The bathroom has a tub and sink, with a separate toilet. A cleaning service is provided every two weeks, covering the whole flat and sheet changes.
