Please note: Extra costs are 90 EUR/month/room and include bills (gas, water, electricity), internet, common costs and cleaning. Multiple enquiries may be handled at the same time and, if the room is unavailable, another option may be offered. At check-in, the rental contract is signed and the deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is collected. All utility payments, cleaning, maintenance and repairs are managed by the landlord. Accommodation is rented only to students and contracts are available only for fixed rental periods (February–July, August–January or August–July). Before departure, a check-out date is agreed, the keys are returned and the deposit is refunded after inspection. This 12 m² room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, duvet, pillows and two sets of sheets and towels. The flat has four bedrooms in total and is 80 m², including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, sink, dining table, cutlery, dinner set, glasses and mugs. The bathroom has a shower and tub, plus a separate toilet. A cleaning service is provided twice per month, covering the whole flat and sheet changes.
