Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking is accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move-out is only possible at the end of the month. The pictures are representative only. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms with washing and drying machines. The apartments are also provided with an energy-efficient floor-heating system that can be controlled individually for your comfort. Our newly built building surrounded by a green courtyard creates a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Graz's city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are four community spaces in the building. Some of them feature kitchens, others include lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, dining areas, and more. You can spend time networking with your flatmates here or just relax in our beautifully designed spaces. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, the building is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights. Lend is the first neighborhood on the west side of the Mur. It is home to some of the city's most popular art galleries and cultural institutions such as the Kunsthaus (the curiously-looking modern art museum), the Murinsel as well as the Graz main train station. Next to the cultural aspects, vibrant Lend hosts some of the best spots to go shopping as well as multiple restaurants and bars.
