The place is located very well. More central is not possible. You can walk everywhere easliy, if you need the metro the next stop is 1 minute away. The room looked as I expected it to be. Thats why I would say the value for the money was justified, even that the rooms look always better on pictures than in real. The listing accuracy was not 100% right, because the contract was not fortnightly. I wanted to book only half of January but had to pay the whole month even that I moved in later. I did not like the fact that the only opportunity to pay the rent was in cash. The rules of the apartment were pretty strict: overnight guests cost 10€ per night per guest, you are not allowed to lock your roomdoor from outside, the landlady and the people who work for her to ensure that everything is in order can enter the flat at any time without pre-warning. After 11pm no guests in the flat are allowed and no noises. Who breaks this rule a few times can be expelled from the apartment and has to leave in the next 24 hours. I loved the apartment and its location but I felt babysitted and overseen like a teenager in a youth hostel.
