Nice rooms in a shared apartment in Vallecas, between Nueva Numancia and Portazgo metro stations. The apartment has the following common areas: Living/dining room with a large table that seats 6, storage furniture, shelves, heating, window to the outside, and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with a large double-door refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, plenty of storage space, and a window to the outside that provides ventilation and plenty of natural light. Full bathroom with shower and window. The bedrooms are single, so you will only be sharing the house with two other people. Electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi Internet costs are fixed at €50/month. A minimum stay of 3 months is required, as well as a monthly deposit and a monthly agency fee.
