Ideal for IE students, workers, and students at La Princesa Hospital or similar institutions. The house has 6 other rooms, all occupied by young, respectful people, mostly workers. It also has a living room with a TV, a kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a breakfast bar, and 2 full bathrooms. It is a very quiet, residential neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Diego de León metro stop is right in front of the building, and there are also several bus stops on the same street. All utilities (electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi internet) and weekly cleaning of common areas are €49 per month. Final cleaning at the end of the stay is €29.
