Take a look at this comfy house, close to the lively center of Porto! Located inside a cosy garden, this condominium has several apartments for students. Living here you can meet other students and will be close to bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and within walking distance of transportation and close to Fernando Pessoa University, Portucalense Infante D. Henrique and University Campus! A self-service laundry machine will be available. Visits are allowed according to the rules and conditions of the Landlord. There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit 1 rent 50 must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.
