By choosing to live in this brand new and well-equipped homely apartment, you'll be living in a neat location, close to the city centre and many of the most popular cafes, restaurants, bars and shops - a great place to meet people, mingle and make friends - and close by several transport links, and universities such as Universidade do Porto. This apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and 1,5 bathrooms. This is a closed condominium, with a cosy courtyard where you can meet other students, have fun and relax. All in all, a well-located spot with the right amenities to make you feel at home! Go for it! Visits are allowed according to the rules and conditions of the Landlord. There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit (= 1 rent + 50€) must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.
