Your house

Bring the whole family or your group of friends to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space to have fun, get together, and relax. Just a few kilometers from the sea at Ostia. 25 km from the center of Rome. A stone's throw from Castel Fusano Pine Forest, the largest pine forest in Europe. Ideal for groups and families. Bills are not included and usually about 200 euros per month. The villa has a large entrance that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 cars. It is located in a residential complex that is partially under construction, is very quiet, and is adjacent to the magnificent Castel Fusano pine forest. There are 4 bedrooms: a triple with private bathroom upstairs, a double on the ground floor with adjacent bathroom, a single bedroom downstairs, and a triple bedroom also downstairs. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens, two large living rooms, one with a table for 12 people. In the living room, there are two single sofa beds and a double sofa bed. Garden with BBQ oven and patio. Guests access the complex from Via Giulio Bertoni 54, then go straight ahead and turn right onto Via Giulio Bassani. You can access the villa through the large gate with your car (there are three to four private parking spaces). There are stairs to access the property. You are about 10 km from the sea at Ostia, two km from the enchanting Castel Fusano pine forest, and about 20 km from Rome Eur. The nearest metro station is Castel Fusano, which takes you directly to Rome in about 45 minutes.
