Part of a four-family villa within a complex near Borghetto di Ostia Antica. The high-quality finishes and attention to detail make this house particularly comfortable. Parquet flooring throughout the house. Two outdoor patios, one at the entrance with a wicker sitting area and one overlooking the barbecue area. Living room with fully equipped semi-open kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Bills are not included and usually equal to about 200 euros. The villa has a beautiful private garden with BBQ, a patio with a table and chairs in the shade. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one in the attic and one on the ground floor. A living room with TV and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub in the attic. Washing machine available for free use. Parking space available for small cars only. Guests enter through an electric gate. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area.
