With more than 5 years of experience in the market, we have stood out for offering quality service and exceptional customer service. We strive to provide our customers with a unique and comfortable accommodation experience. That's why we ensure that our properties are located in the most central and convenient areas of the city and have all the amenities needed to make our customers comfortable. In addition, to ensure a comfortable stay, we provide bed linen and towel sets. We also use an automated management system, which allows us to provide an efficient and uninterrupted service. Our main focus is on our customers and their comfort. We are always available to help with anything they need and are committed to providing a personalized and quality service. We hope to welcome you soon at one of our beautiful properties in Valencia and that you will enjoy an unforgettable stay! IMPORTANT NOTES: All expenses water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas are included in the price of the monthly rent. The landlord provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. Tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings. Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours and 40/ per month, this is divided by the number of tenants. Couples are not allowed in the rooms. CHECK IN HOURS: Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm We DO NOT check in on weekends, if necessary, it will have an extra cost of 50 and is subject to the availability of the staff. The deposit will be given back a month after checkout, subtracting the price of the final cleaning 40.
