Déménagé en janvier 2017 · 20 to 29 years · Étudiant de cycle supérieurThe only positive thing about the whole experience was the location: well connected with the city center and fairly close to all the metro lines. The room is small ( but this can be guessed from the picture too), but is extremely dark as the sun is never touching it, so in order to study or read you had to switch the light on during day-time even if outside was a supersunny day. The room was accessible only through the kitchen and this made the room loud and smelly. In the ensuite bathroom the shower is falling apart and you are not able to have a 15 minutes hot- water shower as there is probably some problem with water heating in the whole apartment. Common rooms are extremely small: no living room, but only a small entrance and small kitchen in which you don't even have enough space to store your stuff and the space gets crowded quite easily. ( It is supercrowded with 4 people already, imagine that the apartment can be rented to up to 6 people...)
