I also appreciated the fact that the room does not share walls with other rooms, the provision of towels, sheets and cloths, and the electrical oven. I did not like the fridge and the lack of space in the kitchen. Other negative points were the room's humidity, bed, and roller blind, as well as the bathroom's shower protection. Besides, I had to share the house with 4 people, since one of the rooms was being rent to a couple, which I was not expecting. It may be useful to know that there are landlady's workers/acquaintances/family visiting the house everyday.
