The best thing about this room is the large window- there is plenty of natural light, and the view from the room is also quite nice. The area is pretty quiet, no clubs or bars nearby. There are at least two good supermarkets in a close proximity, several banks' branches, very good transportation network, and a 24/7 pharmacy. The flat is well-equipped with kitchen stuff and all the necessary furniture (my most favorite thing there is an awesome vintage wardrobe:) Another good thing is nice neighbors and a (not sure if this is an appropriate position) concierge lady, who manages the common areas of the house. Yet, there are a couple of issues (which can obviously be resolved). First, and most important, is that there is no ready-set Internet connection, due to some certain reasons, so setting it up might take some time and research process. The landlord helped me a lot with this problem. Secondly, though we were told the flat was fully cleaned after the previous residents, the kitchen was somewhat dirty, especially under the cooking areas.
