Trasferito in maggio 2019 · 20 a 29 anni · Laurea triennaleI came Valencia for Erasmus. I'm so lucky to find this room to rent. The neighbourhood was safe. In some nights, there can be people's noise from the street. The house is located so near to metro station, many shops, markets, cafes and pharmacies. Your money's definitely worth. The landlord, her daughter and their cats were so lovely. I didn't want cats to enter my room, so she helped to keep my door closed constantly in a very kind way. She helped me immediately when there was any problem. I feel like it was my second home. They are always treat me as warm-hearted as my family. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Near to the university and near a lot of places for enjoy yourself with a lot of students (I mean Erasmus events like tandem, language course...). Supermarket, farmacy, shop, all is near, also the city centre and the metro. The appartament gives you all that you need, and the landlord and her daughter are very nice too, always available if u need something, and they have always a smile for you! What else?!
