It has two bedrooms, both with a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom, dining room and living room. It has 4 balconies to enjoy the good weather in Barcelona. IT IS NOT FOR TOURIST USE so it is essential to sign a contract with photocopies of ID card or passport and documents proving the reason for the contracted period university, company, etc. being the real reason to show that its use is for justified causes. We charge an administrative fee to cover the cleaning costs at the entrance.
