It has everything for one person to be comfortable. The bed can be a single or a double, depending on your need. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking, it's also very sunny. The location is really strategic, there are 3 supermarkets, 2 gyms within 5 mn walk, and many coffeeshops and restaurants. For transportation, red and yellow line of metro are within 5mn walk, green 10mn, and blue just one station away. There also many bus stops close by. The street can be noisy sometimes, but only when the windows are open.
