Excelente para profissionais estrangeiros ou portugueses em deslocação temporária e estudantes de Mestrado e Doutoramento. Ótimo para casais reformados da Europa do Norte para passar um inverno suave. Preferência a idade acima dos 23 anos. Estadias superiores 90 e até 1 ano. Perto da Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril e da nova Business School em Carcavelos. Esses critérios não são absolutos. Muitos comboios para Lisboa-Cais do Sodré, que fica no centro de Lisboa. Estacionamento público para carros disponível na área.
