You can see that the owner did the refurbishment works for herself, nicely decorated and with huge wardrobes in the bedroom. The apartment is well equipped, especially a lot of kitchenware. TV and internet working very well. It was also nice to have an outdoor space (courtyard with storage). The location is very nice on a beautiful street in a quiet area next to the Italian Embassy. Metro station (Intendente, green line) is at 5 minutes walk, alternatively a bus stop in front of the apartment. There is also a Pingo Doce supermarket very close by.

The bedroom is bright and big with lots of closet space, the kitchen is also very spacious, plenty of room for food storage , cooking, and hosting dinner guests. The patio is also really nice during the warmer months.
