Although the flat is uphill, its 10 mins from the metro stop Intendente/Anjos from where you can go anywhere you need to. The balcony is heaven, super sunny, really comfortable and really big:) The flat is spacious and has a really nice vibe. You will find more or less everything what you need: towels, bedsheets, stuff for cooking, microwave, tv, air-condition in each room (for heating and cooling as well). Only dislike I had is that the bedrooms do not have windows but this is visible on the picture so its not a secret and all the other part of the flat is full of light.
