Uitgehuurd in juni 2017 · 20 tot 29 jaar · ProfessioneelPROS: we were assigned a bigger bedroom than the one in the picture, so we had a lot of space for the two of us; kitchen was spacious and equipped with all necessary (including a sofa); every room was equipped with a fan, which was really helpful during the heat wave; the metro station Picoas is right in front of the building; there is a supermarket and a market 3 minutes away. CONS: the apartment is actually part of a lawyer's office, so though it has its own entrance, the people working at the office can come in any time to pick up something; there are shelves all over the apartment, including the bedrooms, full with books and files from the office, so you won't be able to use all the furniture to leave your own stuff and you have the feeling that you are in a mixture of flat and office (there is even a photocopier in the corridor); the bathroom smells really bad and has two showers and two toilets, but you don't have much intimacy because only a thin wooden door separates each toilet and shower. CONCLUSION: it is ok to spend a month, because it is spacious, well located and well equipped; I would not live longer there because you don't have the feeling you are in a home. In addition, 600€ for a double room in a shared flat which is far from being perfect is ABUSIVE.
