This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property blends traditional with modern, typical Berliner decor. The first bedroom has a double bed that sits opposite a large window that can be opened up entirely to let in some fresh air. Its adorned with plants, reminiscent of the grassland. The second bedroom has a queen size bed thats enveloped in a hanging cloth to let guests sleep like royalty. It also has plenty of storage space and light. The bathroom, with a spa-like ambiance, has a bathtub for guests to unwind. The entire space is tiled and chic. The living room has a full entertainment system and a dedicated workstation thats all set and ready to go for remote working needs. The first balcony is connected to the living room and is a great space to sit, relax, and take in some sunlight. Following the living room back, is the galley kitchen thats been stylishly decorated and boasts ample space to prepare food in. Further back is the dining table for three, which connects to the second balcony with a full outdoor dining area. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. Pet fee is 250 EUR.
