The reservation fee is non-refundable. The following cancellation policy will apply to the deposit: 1. If a booking is canceled more than 60 sixty days before the Contract Start Date we will refund 100 one hundred percent of the deposit paid. 2. The cancellation of the reservation more than 30 thirty days and equal or less than 60 sixty days before the Contract Start Date implies the refund of 50 fifty percent of the amount paid as a deposit. 3. The cancellation of the reservation 30 thirty days or less before the Contract Start Date implies that the amount paid as a deposit will not be refunded.
