This Residence is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood called El Plantio – La Cañada. Just a 15-minute drive to the centre of Valencia and very well located to escape out into nature with ease as we are right next to the La Vallesa forest. This is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Valencia as we have private security that patrols the area and takes less time to show up than the police if an alarm is raised. The property is situated between two metro stations: La Cañada and La Vallesa. It takes approx 15 minutes to walk there or 5 minutes by bike, and then 30 minutes to arrive at the centre.
