Please notice: If the contract is for the whole academic year, the tenants have to pay for the whole ten months despite their check-in and check-out days. If they book semester or less, they only pay the days they stay for the whole month. PLEASE NOTICE: Booking fee: 250€ (paid straight to us). We give it back in case they do not get into the study center in the city. Reservation fee: 700€ (paid straight to us). Once paid, there is no way to return it. Once the contract is signed with the client, this 700€ turns into the deposit which is returned at the end of the contract if the room is fine.
