After the booking is accepted, you must proceed with the registration process (sign the tenancy agreement and proceed with fees transfers such as deposit). The mimnum stay is 6 months. Clening fee: 90€ at move out, deducted from deposit; Contract starts on the 1st or 15th of each month, move in twice a month and move out only at the end of the month – Rent paid by monthly instalments. Parking and Storage are available as per extra fees payment directly with the residence.
