搬出时间 三月 2018 · 30 到 39 岁 · 专业The flat is separated with this room on one side and the rest on the other. The kitchen and bathroom are in the middle. This works well as it is always quiet and you have access to everything you need, all the time.

搬出时间 五月 2017 · 20 到 29 岁 · 研究生Pros 1) Great location (the very center of the city, 5 min to metro Entenca, 15 minutes on foot to FGC station Provenca, 20 minutes on foot to pl. Espanya and pl. Catalunya) 2) Lots of shops nearby (including Mercadona), bars and other services 3) Clean entrance with friendly concierge (you can easily use post services, he will pick up your packages for you even if you are not at your place) 4) Very CLEAN and cosy flat 5) Very convenient location of room - the landlady is living in the opposite part of the flat with kitchen and bathroom located between, so you don't disturb each other 6) Room has everything that is needed - desk, chair, bed, 2-section wardrobe and cupboard near bed, TV, heater, in the balcony - washing machine and clothes lines. 7) Lots of equipment in kitchen to cook, half of fridge space at your disposal 8) Nice living room with access to balcony 9) Cat (cat-lovers, brace yourself - you will definitely love her) Cons 1) Wifi signal is pretty low in the room (especially at 8-10 PM) - mind using extender or use internet in living room 2) Window in room faces the internal space of the house, where there is little light, that makes room pretty dark without proper lighting 3) Because all kitchen windows in the house face the same internal space, if window in room is opened all smells will go inside - mind closing it when dinner/supper time is coming 4) Poor soundproofing In general - it was the best long-term stay in Barcelona for me. The room is absuletly WORTH its money.

I kindly ask you to correct this information, because I thought I will be living with more students (The actual reason why I selected this place).
