Tenant´s age allowed: 28 years old max. Esta no solo es una de las zonas más animadas de la ciudad, sino que también tiene muchos servicios a su alrededor, como carreteras, supermercados, bares, cafeterías y restaurantes. La propiedad tiene un total de 6 dormitorios, 4 con cama doble, dos baños comunes, una cocina y una sala de estar soleada. Las habitaciones que se muestran aquí son muy cómodas y agradables, son ideales para cualquier estudiante que desee tener la mejor estadía posible! La cocina está equipada de forma moderna con todo lo que necesitas para tus aventuras en la cocina y la sala de estar es el lugar perfecto para pasar el rato contigo y tus nuevos amigos. La habitación tiene 1 cama doble individual y 2 armarios, 1 mesa, 1 silla. Accesorios disponibles: - Conjunto sábanas y nórdico 50 euros cada uno. 50 edredón , y 50 sábanas. Pérdida de llaves tienen un costo de 100 euros. El pago de Admin fee y Depósito se debe realizar al firmar el contrato.
