There is no TV as promised but there were several things including a set of speakers, an cooling fan, a candle, incense sticks etc. that the landlord provided. He has two (annoying) cats, so if you're not a pet lover, you should be prepared to scare them away regularly and keep your door closed. There is no study table in the room and the Wi-Fi does not work in the living room, so if you're planning to work/study in the apartment, you might have a tough time. That being said, you do get your own living room and kitchen (the landlord practically never cooks at home) and a very clean bathroom. However, if I were to live in Lisbon again, I would find something in Rossio or Restauradores.
