The place is well taken care of, fully equipped, plenty of light during the whole day, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with all services close by. Vasco is an amazing landlord, always available to help with anything needed.

The flat's location is fantastic, as it is situated right near a beautiful, friendly park with lots of trees and a kiosk which sells beer, wine, ice cream and other snacks. It's also very close to a metro station (Rato), a great grocery store (Pingo Doce), and is a short walk to the Marques Pombal roundabout. There are also many restaurants within 2 short blocks and a fantastic old-fashioned bar called Procopio. The flat itself, while small, is clean, well-adorned and has everything you could want or need. There is a lot of room for storage and the shower is comfortably large. The flat has a great view of the skyline and I can see the April 25th bridge from the living room windows, which can both be opened to let in the warm, Lisbon air. The landlord was extremely communicative and easy to deal with. He was totally accommodating and went above and beyond in so many ways, including his recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby. I could not recommend this flat enough - you'd be lucky to stay here!
