搬出时间 四月 2020 · 20 到 29 岁 · 本科生The location of the flat is really central and therefore really good but the equipment(kitchen, bathroom) provided by the flat is really old and needs to be fixed. Unfortunately it was really hard to get in touch with the landlord (landlord never replied to my emails).

搬出时间 十二月 2017 · 10 到 19 岁 · 本科生For the low fee of 220€ in Alameda it was one could ask for. The room is big enough and there's lots of storage space which comes quite in hand. There's a small "desk" that can be used for working. Regarding downsides one of the walls is fake and so you should be cautious regarding the noise so you don't disturb the person in the room next to yours. Also, I'd recommend for you to close your room door and the kitchen door if cooking to avoid excessive smell in your room. Also a small fan might be useful to keep the air circulating every once in a while. The kitchen is a bit broken but nice enough, one of the fridges has an icing problem so I recommend being somewhat attentive about it and keep everything nice and clean after using it to make the experience for everyone as pleasing as possible. Also, try to time your showers, don't take too long, the water heating takes a while to get full again and being mindful of everyone else is good practice. There's a washing machine if you need it and place to hang your clothes to dry. Overall for 220€ its a nice enough room, good to survive in Lisbon and focus on your studies.
