搬出时间 四月 2017 · 60 到 69 岁 · 其他The studio/apartment is very tiny It's a studio/aprtm. within an apartment they converted in 5 studio/aprtm, so it lacks of privacy and can be noisy as all the other tenants share the same entrance and hallway. There is no hotwater in the kitchen and only hotwater in the bathroom lavatory. The bed/mattress is small,not suitable for 2 persons to sleep comfortable. Our electricity meter cupboard was shut off so we had no proof of our personal usage. We have experienced a very stinky smell for month's probably from the sewer system,and have discussed it with the landlord and got no suitable response for these unpleasant problem. The location is good.Overpriced for what you get.

搬出时间 十二月 2016 · 20 到 29 岁 · 研究生The place is new and looks nice, and the location is great if you dont want to live in the middle of the city centre (close to the metro, gyms and our schools). It has everything you need of supplies. However, the place is overpriced. The apartment is very small (maybe 17-20 square meeters), it is cold and humid (it took several days for our clothes to get dry after we washed them, there were no hot water in the kitchen, and only hot water in the bathroom spring, and the bathroom is soaking wet after taking a shower. Including electricity we paid between 800-850 € a month. This is way to much compared to what is usual, according to our portuguese friends and our own experience (now we rent another new and fresh apartment that is 60 square meeters, and with a great location for 700 € including electricity). Unfortunately we will therefore not recommend this place.
