This is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, providing wireless internet, with a cozy living room, dinning space, working area and a spacious kitchen. Dona Maria II National Theatre is 450 yards from the apartment, while Ribeira Market is 1.3 miles from the property. This is our guests' favourite part of Lisbon, according to independent reviews. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available. Other things to note - The flat capacity is for 6 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please note there is no elevator in the building. You will have to walk up approximately 80 steps to get to the flat. It's the 4th floor. - Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided. - It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than 2 high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. - Guests will be charged €40 in case electricity trips due to overuse. - Guests will be charged €40 for lost keys. Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00 to 02:00h: €25 - After 02:00h: Confirm availability before booking This fee will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Portuguese security authorities - Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up. - Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment. - City tax and ID: Government mandated city tax of €2 per person per day (except children under 12 years), will be charged to you at check-in -Check-in: Key collection is done at a Keynest before arriving at the apartment. -Check-out: Key must be dropped at the same Keynest from the check-in - There will be a €50 fee for not returning the key
