The real highlights of the home are the small balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air with views and also modernly decorated interior. The living room boasts tasteful interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax, socialize or work. After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! The sofa even converts into a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements. The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy an energising shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for shower. The whole place is available. Other things to note You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed. -The property is located very close to "CUF Infante Santo Hospital" (Less than 10 minutes of walk). -The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. -Please note there is no elevator in the building. You will have to walk up approximately 80 steps (20 steps for each floor) to get to the flat on the 4th floor. -Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse. -Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up. -Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment. -Government ID: Your Government ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.
