If you are not a 12year old you can't sleep on that matress which causes serious back pain. Part of the stove is out of order. The landlady should pay more attention to wether the apartment is kept cleaned.

搬出时间 三月 2017 · 20 到 29 岁 · 其他Room is small but cosy. Located close to metro (Colegio Militar). Room didn't have a central heating, although it is said it has. I had to buy a heater. The bed doesn't have a winter blanket, so immediately after moving in, I had to buy it as well. Very noisy in the night, the trash collector comes at midnight, and wakes up everybody. The windows don't have a sound or temperature isolation. Bathroom. Very small shower, if I weren't slim, it would be impossible to enter. Doors of the shower are broken and don't close completely. The shower has an old silicone isolation, and after taking a shower, the water is all over the floor.
