搬出时间 九月 2017 · 20 到 29 岁 · 专业The whole apartment is clean, sunny, cozy and super spacious as opposed to most places Lisbon has to offer. The balcony is a wonderful addition and the perfect place to have some beers with the flatmates. The location is unbeatable, there are plenty of options to go to the city center in less than 30 min (tram, buses, train) and the river promenade is just 400 m away.

搬出时间 八月 2017 · 20 到 29 岁 · 本科生The house is very spacious and nice. I really liked my flatmates and i loved that we had a cleaning lady coming over twice a week. The only problem for me was the location, i chose this place because going to the beach is really confinient from here. In practice my studies (in catolica) was further away than expected (at least 45 minutes away) and getting into the centre takes about 15 mintes. If you're studying architecture for example the place is a total 10/10 For listing accuracy I put 3 stars because the house is as clean and in the same style as on the pictures. However. the living room is a bit smaller then the picture shows, the room with the table has become a bedroom and the table has moved into the regular living room. Furthermore, the extra balcony that you find only together with this room on the pictures is used for laundry so be aware.
