Estarás numa zona central, perto de tudo o que precisas, e não muito longe do Instituto Superior Técnico! Mesmo ao pé do famoso Campo Pequeno Arena e perto da estação de metro, a propriedade tem 9 quartos, uma sala de estar, uma cozinha e 3 casas de banho partilhadas. Todos os quartos são bem iluminados e confortáveis, e as áreas comuns têm imensas comodidades e um ambiente fresco.

The common areas are not clean often (sometimes not even once a week). The WC is to small and sometimes the light does not work. Basics like toilet paper are not provide.
