The room was relatively spacious and looked close enough to photos (furniture was mixed around though).
I would never pay that money for this kind of room, unless I didn't have any other choice...
Common areas were decent, though old-looking. 2 bathrooms were definitely an advantage, despite one of them having a bad working water faucet.
Still waiting for my deposit money... Hopefiully, I'll get at least some of it, because we didn't make the flat look neither worse, nor better and left our rooms in the same state as we entered. Latter can be proved with photos.
