Also, her stuff was very polite, handsome and tried to make our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is calm and offers everything you need for good living.

搬出时间 七月 2019 · 20 到 29 岁 · 本科生The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a 3 min walk to the metro. If you are going to study at IST the location is superb as it only a 8 min walk. Me and my flatmates found it very usefull having big rooms to study in, as the study rooms at IST can get very varm and/or noisy. The apartments in the building share a outdoor area with a table and chairs. It is a great place to take a break from studying and get a tan, as well as getting to know the other neighbours. The landlord, Maria, is really kind and helpfull. If we let her know we felt something was missing from the apartment, she would try to provide it. And for the people planing on partying in Bairro Alto; having a kiosk 50 meters from the apartment selling soda, chips and candy has helped alot of reduced days.
