搬出时间 六月 2018 · 20 到 29 岁 · 本科生The room has a window, that goes to the kitchen. If you are a light sleeper, you might get disturbed by noise at night and you cannot sleep with an open window. Also, the blinds do not work, which means that the room will be very bright, when somebody switches on the lights in the kitchen. Smells from the kitchen might also enter your room. Overall, the room is small but was sufficient for me for a period of 4,5 months. The room is cleaned once a week. The value for money is however debatable. The common areas are very clean (daily cleaning service) but fairly small for 8 people, e.g. when everyone wants to cook at night or eats in the dining room. The TV has a Netflix access, which is very nice for flat movie nights. The area of Sao Sebastiao is very nice! It has many parks to chill out in, Monsanto is close by for a nice hike and the bus to the beach goes every half an hour from a station 5min away. It has easy access to the red and blue Metro line, so you will reach the city centre within 10 min and most universities likewise.
