The flat is in the charming neighbourhood of Vinohrady, which is full of great cafes, restaurants, and beautiful parks. The City Centre is only a 5-minute walk. Enjoy the best of Prague by foot as it is just 15 minutes to Old Town Square, 5 minutes to Wenceslas Square, and around the corner from the amazing over century-old Riegrovy Sady Park. If you are looking for a truly local experience in a nice, safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access to all popular sites then this is YOUR place! This large, spacious apartment holds 108m2 for two or four people. It features a living room with comfortable sofas to have a rest after a whole day on your feet exploring Prague, two cosy bedrooms with kingsize beds, a stylish bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with all you need. Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund. Included: - Welcoming package of : Hair & body shampoo, Hand soap and Toilet paper - Wireless unlimited high speed internet available in the entire apartment - Utility fees (energy, water) - Personal check-in with an arrival till 21:00. Excluded: - Bedsheets and towels won't be provided during your stay. - For stays less than 60 days the city tax is must be collected. (European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires EUR 2.30 / per person / per night if the stay length is less than 60 days.) - Late check-in (after 21:00) is possible only for an extra fee. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21.00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 00:00 = 30 EUR / after midnight = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during the check-in. Please inform us about your requested time of the arrival at least 1 day prior to your arrival.
